Residential Only Power Washing and Window Cleaning

1. How long have you been in business?

A. Steve has been power washing for 18 years.

1A. Is the 18 years experience the combined years of everyone working at Mr. Suds?

A. No. Steve (the owner) has 18 years experience just himself. Stephanie (his wife) has 13 years experience.

 

2. Do you have any kids?

A. Believe it or not, we are asked this a lot. But, no, we do not have any kids.

 

3. What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

A. If given more then 3 days notice then we'll just reschedule your appointment. However, if you give us less than 72 hours notice we'll need a $50 deposit for your rescheduled date.

 

4. Do you clean chandeliers?

A. Yes we do. We can clean most chandeliers. Just let us know ahead of time so we can bring the proper equipment.

 

5. What about outside lights? Do people actually get those cleaned?

A. Absolutely! We have customers who love to have the outside looking just as bright and shiny as the inside.

 

6. Do I need to be at home when you come?

A. We enjoy being able to visit with our customers. However, we understand if your schedule does not permit you to be there. So as long as we have access all around the property we should have no problem cleaning the outside windows and power washing. And please remember to secure all animals.
